Forgiveness Ball Is Growing!

Today, Forgiveness Ball arrived at to the Immanuel Center For Conscious Living in Long Beach, California. The process was described as “cathartic” and “profound” by some of the people who participated, and there were some terrific ideas about where to bring it next.

What to do when Forgiveness Ball comes to you

Instructions:

Once you receive Forgiveness Ball, please pass it on within 24 hours.

Only accept Forgiveness Ball if you agree to do the process. If you have accepted Forgiveness Ball already, and you do not wish to do the process, then please pass it on as soon as possible so the process will continue.

The Process:

Step 1
Write your name – or the name of the person, group or situation that you are forgiving – on a piece of masking tape and apply it to Forgiveness Ball. Next, write “I love you – I’m sorry – please forgive me – thank you” on a piece of masking tape and apply it to Forgiveness Ball. If the ForgivenessBall.com website address gets covered up, then re-write it on a fresh piece of masking tape and apply it to Forgiveness Ball so it is clearly visible for the next person.

Step 2 (Optional, but highly recommended)
Make a video of yourself with Forgiveness Ball. In your video, you may speak about who or what you are forgiving, and/or how it feels to do the process. Upload your video onto YouTube.com and be sure to include http://www.ForgivenessBall.com in the video description. Also be sure to include the words “Forgiveness Ball” in your video’s title so it will be easy to find.

Step 3
Pass on Forgiveness Ball to the next person and tell them how to do the process. Please pass it on in person, directly from your hands to theirs. Please only pass it on to someone who agrees to do the process. Do not try to convince them. Be nice to everyone. Just find someone who wants to do it.

Step 4
Visit ForgivenessBall.com and post your comments about the process, and the link to your video, if you made one.
